Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any individuals you represent. You warrant that you are of sufficient legal age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations. You are responsible for informing all other travelers covered by your booking of these Terms and Conditions.
Booking and Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed upon successful processing of payment and issuance of a booking reference. Please note that prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed and a booking reference is issued. All bookings are subject to availability and the policies of our travel partners (Suppliers). Prices displayed on our platform are specific to HudHudTrip and may differ from prices offered elsewhere. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of the specific Supplier(s) chosen for your booking, which may include but are not limited to their cancellation policies, change policies, and check-in/check-out times.
Payment
You must provide accurate billing details. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delays or cancellation of your booking. We reserve the right to verify payments and request supporting documentation to prevent fraud. You agree to pay all amounts due for your booking. By providing your payment information, you authorize HudHudTrip to debit the total amount of your booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Changes to Bookings
Where a change to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, HudHudTrip does not charge any administration fees for changes or cancellations. However, any charges imposed by the Supplier (such as airline or hotel penalties) will still apply.

All requested changes are subject to availability and the final approval of the relevant Supplier, who may have their own rules and restrictions regarding modifications.Any attempt to make such a change may be treated as a cancellation with applicable fees. Flights must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation.If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please contact HudHudTrip support as soon as possible to discuss your options. Failure to utilize flights in the sequence specified on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation may lead to the airline automatically canceling the remaining flights in your itinerary without refund, in accordance with airline policies. HudHudTrip does not charge any admin fees for changes per passenger for flights or hotels. Please refer to the policy section on our website for information regarding HudHudTrip's policies on post-booking service requests such as changes and cancellations.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the cancellation terms and conditions and any applicable fees imposed by the relevant Supplier(s). Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of any required original vouchers and after we have received the funds back from the Supplier. Please retain any relevant documentation or evidence related to your case for future reference. If your cancellation is covered by your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim charges through your insurer. Partially used flight tickets are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for a Supplier's failure to provide a refund. HudHudTrip does not charge any admin fees for refunds per passenger for flights or hotels.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the pick-up time. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on the airline and hotel policies.
Important Notice Regarding Airline Reservations
If you arrive at the airline check-in counter with a confirmed ticket and the airline has no record of your reservation, do not leave the counter. First, check your ticket; if the status shows "OK" for the flight, airline policies typically require them to accommodate you. If accommodation is not possible, they must either find a substitute flight or provide denied boarding compensation. If necessary, request to speak to a supervisor.
Travel Documents and Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all details on your travel documents and to immediately notify us of any errors or discrepancies. Travel documents are valuable and should be safeguarded. Replacement may not always be possible in case of loss, theft, or damage. You are responsible for fulfilling all passport, visa, and other immigration requirements for your itinerary. Confirm these requirements with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied boarding, visa issues, or other travel disruptions for which HudHudTrip will not be held liable. We are not responsible if you are unable to travel due to non-compliance with such requirements. If traveling on a special student/youth/teacher ticket, you must carry a valid International Student I.D., International Youth I.D., or International Teacher I.D. card and verify this with our travel expert.
Local Taxes and Health Guidelines
Some destination-specific taxes (e.g., airport departure fees, local hotel taxes) may not be included in your booking and must be paid directly upon arrival. Travelers are advised to consult a medical professional regarding necessary vaccinations, health precautions, and travel insurance before departure. HudHudTrip is not responsible for informing you about or collecting these local taxes.
Promotional Offers
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific conditions and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, HudHudTrip does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, system failures, or customer error. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking. HudHudTrip shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil disturbances, governmental actions, epidemics, pandemics, fire, floods, earthquakes, strikes, lockouts, or other labor disputes, technical failures, or interruptions of internet or telecommunications services.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, make speculative or false bookings, or interfere with the website's security, operation, or performance.

All content on HudHudTrip is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
