You keep the ticket relationship and the customer. We carry the travel inventory, the fulfilment and the service load.

Most event organisers in the Gulf and the wider Middle East sell brilliantly to people who already live within driving distance, and barely at all to people who would need a flight and two nights. That second group is not unreachable. It is unserved, because selling it requires travel inventory and travel customer service that an events business has no reason to own.

That is the gap this programme fills.

What we actually do

HudHudTrip is a Middle East corridor specialist. We sell flights and accommodation across the Gulf, Iraq, Turkey and the Caucasus — including routes that the large global OTAs price badly or do not price at all. For an event partner that means we can quote a real, bookable, all-in price from the cities your out-of-town audience actually lives in.

Two commercial models

1. Bundled package — revenue share

We build ticket-plus-travel packages under licence from you and sell them to our own audience and through our channels. You are paid a per-package share on every unit sold, on top of the face value of the ticket. This is the model we recommend and the one where both sides earn most, because the margin sits in the travel component rather than in a thin ticket commission.

It works best for multi-day events with genuine out-of-town appeal: race weekends, festival runs, season programmes, conferences.

2. Co-branded travel widget — referral share

We supply a co-branded or white-label flight-and-hotel booking module for your own event page. Your attendee never leaves your site, you keep the customer relationship end to end, and you take a share of every travel booking made through it. Lower revenue per unit than a bundle, close to zero effort to launch.

For reference, the general affiliate market pays roughly 4–12% on ticket referrals (published 2026 rate cards range from about 4% at the large ticketing platforms to 12.5% at the higher end). A bundled travel package earns materially more than that per attendee, because flight and hotel margin is added to the transaction rather than shaved off a ticket price. That is the whole argument for model 1.

What a partner is asked for

Confirmed dates and an allocation, or a licence to package tickets you sell.

Event data we can distribute — name, venue, dates, price bands, images.

A named contact for allocation questions during the selling window.

Not asked for: upfront marketing spend, a minimum guarantee, or exclusivity on your other channels.

What a partner gets

Incremental attendance from outside the drive-time radius, which is demand you were not otherwise capturing.

Revenue share on travel value you currently see none of.

No service burden. Flight changes, hotel disputes and visa questions come to our desk, not yours.

Corridor reach. Baghdad, Erbil, Basra, Najaf, Sulaymaniyah, Tehran, Istanbul, Antalya, Trabzon, Tbilisi, Baku and the Gulf hubs.

Reporting by origin city, so you learn where your out-of-town demand actually is.

How it starts

A short call to confirm the event fits, a one-page commercial term sheet, then a pilot on a single event before anything longer-term is signed. Commercial terms are agreed per partner and depend on event type, allocation size and which of the two models applies — we do not publish a fixed rate because a race weekend and a single arena night are not the same product.

Frequently asked questions

<details>

How does the revenue share work?

Under the bundled model you receive a per-package share on every ticket-plus-travel unit sold, paid on top of ticket face value, reconciled after the event. Under the widget model you receive a share of the commission on each travel booking made through your co-branded module, reconciled monthly. Both are agreed in writing before selling starts.

</details>
<details>

What commission does HudHudTrip take?

It is set per partner rather than published, because the two models and the event types are not comparable. As market context: ticket-referral affiliate rates across the industry sit at roughly 4–12%, while tour and activity platforms charge suppliers 15–30% to be listed. A bundled travel package sits in a different place again, since the earnings come from flight and hotel margin rather than from a cut of your ticket.

</details>
<details>

Which cities and events do you cover?

Our corridor runs across the Gulf, Iraq (Baghdad, Erbil, Basra, Najaf, Sulaymaniyah), Turkey (Istanbul, Antalya, Trabzon) and the Caucasus (Tbilisi, Baku). We are strongest on events in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iraq and Turkey, and on audiences travelling within that corridor rather than long-haul.

</details>
<details>

Do we lose the customer relationship?

No. Under the widget model the attendee never leaves your domain. Under the bundled model the ticket remains your product and your brand leads the package; HudHudTrip appears as the travel provider and handles travel service only.

</details>
<details>

Does this cannibalise our local ticket sales?

It should not, and the deal can be structured so it cannot. Packages are aimed at origin cities outside your drive-time radius, and allocation and geo-targeting can be limited to those markets. Reporting is by origin city, so the effect is visible rather than assumed.

</details>
<details>

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?

Cancellation handling is agreed in the term sheet before selling opens. Our standard position is that ticket value follows your own published policy, and HudHudTrip carries the travel-side refund or rebooking obligation to the customer. Given regional airspace disruption through 2026, we build change flexibility into package fares as standard.

</details>
<details>

How long does it take to launch?

A co-branded widget can be live in days once event data is supplied. A packaged product needs longer — typically two to four weeks from term sheet to on-sale, depending on allocation and hotel contracting.

</details>

Talk to us

Event organisers, venues and ticketing platforms: contact the HudHudTrip commercial desk through hudhudtrip.com.
